[ANIME] Deadman Wonderland

Manglobe adaptation of the mango series from the writer and artist combo that adapted the Eureka 7
manga [Kataoka Jinsei and Kondou Kazuma]. Kataoka also illustrated Livingstone. Ironically enough, the precursor to the beginning of the story is a massive earthquake that destroys most of Tokyo. Ten years later survivor Igarashi Ganta is witness to the massacre of his classmates and is consequently convicted with their murder. He is then sentenced to life imprisonment in a privately owned and operated theme-park-like prison called Deadman Wonderland…
